This paper aims to deliberately discuss the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on dental fraternity, specifically how dentistry is practiced, and at same time rethink future dentistry. It undeniably that has affected a country’s economy, it negatively influenced people’s behavior in seeking maintaining their health. Concern been raised whether safe visit facilities. Several guidelines based latest evidence provided by local regulatory authorities educate ensure practitioners practice strict precautionary selective case evaluation approaches. Treatments patients with symptoms should be delayed referred relevant healthcare providers. will encourage public seek high quality care. Nevertheless, current changes restrictions aerosol-generating procedures provide an opportunity re-orientate care towards less invasive more preventive approach, expansion workforce roles responsibilities working together team tackle control pandemic. A radical reform oral systems therefore requiring bold decision-making from our political industry leaders.
